Overview
Terranea Homes is a modern residential development in Jatake, Serpong, strategically located with easy access to key amenities like shopping centers, schools, and hospitals. It’s conveniently close to Serpong Station (about 15 minutes by car) and major highways such as the Jakarta-Tangerang Toll Road, making commuting to Jakarta and surrounding areas quick and easy.
My role in this project was as the project owner for the design aspect. I handled everything from social media assets and promotional materials to marketing collaterals and OOH. I ensured that every output met the brand standards while also defining the objective—whether it was meant for hard sell or soft sell.
